Where does the Bübi ship?

Bübi bottles are shipping to every corner of the United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We also, Bubi ship to Puerto Rico at the same postal rate. Also, Bübi ships internationally, see below for a list of countries.

Please note: We do not support the use of forwarding addresses. Please read our Policies for more restrictions.

I have a P.O. Box. What methods are available to ship?

For example, shipments going to a P.O. Box ship via USPS. Consequently, UPS nor FedEx cannot utilize the P.O. box because it is a different company. However, rush shipments are available using UPS or FedEx. Select the desired option. Then change your “Ship To” address to another physical address (non-P.O. Box) and choose one of our expedited shipping options. Now, choose your shipping time and cost.

Please note, deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available for Hawaii, Alaska, and international addresses.

What carrier does Bübi use?

Good Question, we primarily use U.S.P.S. (United States Parcel Service) ground service, unless the weight is over 1 lb. At which time, we provide priority mail. USPS will always make the final delivery, regardless of which shipping type you have chosen and confirm with the tracking number provided.

You offer free ground shipping when my order is over $25. How do I apply this perk to my order?

For example, free first class shipping is offered by Bübi bottle on orders over $25 via USPS consequently order below $25 will go ground and you can choose the service. All orders will have an estimated shipping time of 2-4 business days first class. Regarding, the calculation of shipping cost and if it is free or a fee, This is provided automatically to orders by the program. However, should you want a package costing less than $25, received faster, choose the priority option? 

What is Bubi’s International Shipping policy?

We also provide International shipping through DHL, UPS, or FedEx. To start an international order, please choose your country at checkout. At that time, DHL, UPS or FedEx, will calculate the total cost of your order in U.S. Dollars (including freight, taxes, and duties), and will handle payment and delivery of your order.

All orders placed on bubibottle.com are in USD. You may incur conversion fees from your bank. Please note, rates will vary based on the particular bank and typically range from 1% to 3% of the total order.

How much will International Shipping and Handling cost?

Shipping and handling are calculated based on your order size and your shipping destination. In brief, the system calculates and displays the cost to you during check out. Important to note, all orders placed on bubibottle.com are in USD. Therefore, you may incur conversion fees from your bank. Rates will vary based on the particular bank and typically range from 1% to 3% of the total order.

Note: Your order will not process fully, should the system fail to populate Shipping or VAT/Tax Costs. However, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you regarding international quotes for your order.

What is the Bübi return policy?

If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.bubibottle.com and notify us of wanting a return. You must notify us within 15 days of purchase. Once the item return, we refund your account. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. To initiate a refund, please send your bottle, in the original packaging, to us at:

Customers who have purchased items from an authorized Bübi retailer must initiate all returns and exchanges through the original point of purchase.
