The Bubi bottle can withstand temperatures up to 600ᵒF/315.5ᵒC, in a survival situation it can be used to heat water for purification or other needs. Avoid placing in direct flames when heating.

As a person trying to limit their exposure to and use of plastics, I was looking for an alternative water bottle for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Additionally, I wanted to cut some pack weight and replace my stainless steel containers.
The Bubi bottle fits the bill nicely. I purchased the 1L bottle in the grey color a few days ago.
What I like:
– inert material that won’t leach into contents under most conditions
– lower weight than stainless steel, but can still boil water
– flat cap for compact size when stowed
– appears to be both air and water tight
– doesn’t spill out as you grip it to untwist the cap
– no perceptible taste in water (other collapsible bags impart taste)
– fast delivery and good customer service
What I don’t:
– it’s a bit costly, particularly compared to other bottles on the market
– it’s a bit wobbly when standing (would expect some wobble w/ silicone)
– carbiner broke on first use (Craig sent another one immediately)
Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and would purchase again if I could find a deal.

Using this bottle as a pancake batter dispenser with the flip cap and cut off spout to pour thickish batter. Fill it up with a funnel and rest it on the cap between each pour and it will be the cleanest, easiest, fastest pancake making you’ve had!

Many good things!:
1. The fact that it is collapsible AND 1Lt!!! It is impossible to find that combination
2. I’m not a fan of water bottles because I can’t stand the fact that most water bottles just end up smelling bad overtime. I love the fact that I can turn this one inside out and wash it thoroughly, so it actually lasts for a long time! It is a bit hard to turn it, but it is worthit.
3. Many times I am carrying so many things, that I have no hands for a water bottle, but this one I can just clip it to my clothes. Because of this, I have noticed I am drinking a lot more water than with other bottles.

Excellent water bottle. As the various product specifications note, it ‘fixes’ various problems to make a more functional and convenient bottle to help stay hydrated. It collapses down to a very small and portable size (perfect for stashing into an already overfull bag) and has the cleverly made system of the thread, retainer and cap to get a perfect seal.
The sports cap is a great addition for taking sips on the go, highly recommended.

I bought this in a whim since I have a closet full of water bottles. Bubi has become my go.to bottle. The silicone material is great for throwing in the freezer and then hooking to my golf bag or back pack. It’s light weight. I’ve taken it in my travel case where (rolled up) it takes up no room. The sports cap was something else I thought I didn’t need but it makes it so convenient to use without drips and without taking screw lid off and on. It absolutely doesn’t leak. Fantastic product that legit keeps things cold or hot!! When using warm water, I even use this to soothe sore muscles by placing it on the affected area, like a hot water bottie. This is my favourite bottle for hot yoga and carrying around in general.

This is my second of two Bubi bottles – the first, I purchased only 3 weeks ago on a transatlantic flight with Virgin Atlantic. So I now have one 650ml, and one 1000ml, both in Pacific Blue. They are made of lovely, non-sticky, matt silicone – so things like hair and fluff do NOT stick to them, and they open up easily from the rolled-up position. After rinsing them out several times (like I do to any new food/drink container I buy), I tested them by filling with water and leaving in warm sunshine for a whole day, then overnight. After 24 hours, I tasted the (still warm) water, and it was nice and fresh – no taint. Oviously I would normally keep them chilled, and they work great filled with regular tap water, and put in the fridge overnight. Very happy, would recommend to friends, and will buy again/more in due course.

So convenient, I consider it my travel companion. The bottle has been tested under great extremes. I wish the had more colors though. I also found the flip cap to be a great add on.

I’m a big fan of these Bubi bottles, I’ve got grey for myself and orange for my husband. Now I am getting more for my kids and friends! I like it that it can take extreme cold and hot temperature and that it is flexible enought to be squeeze into my tiny bag or simple hook on to the handle of my bag if I run out of space. I used it as my neck pillow on flight too. Just make sure you cap it properly. The staff were very helpful and efficient! Highly recommended!

I love my new liter bottles! There were times when a larger bottle would’ve been better than loading a couple of smaller ones. Ching! That was easy! Thanks for making these. My favorite use is bringing cocktails to the pool. Glass is not allowed in the pool area, so I just mix them up right in the bottle, toss them in the cooler and voila!

I am very happy with the Bubibottle. It is soft and carries enough water for a hour or two hike. The best feature is that you can squeeze the air out to minimize the sloshing and to keep the noise down. Great for wildlife viewing or hunting. The only down side was the sports top, I could not get much water out without squeezing very hard. Even then it was not much of a gulp. I think I just need to make the hole a bit larger. All in all it is exactly what I have been looking for for years. I would love to get it in a Real Tree Max-1 XT Camo pattern.
